As Eiffel Tower  begins the process of slowly and safely reopening, we are taking extra precautions to ensure the safe dining of our guests.  The health and safety of our patrons and staff is our top priority.

Dine in service will remain at 50% capacity with social distancing guidelines in place.  Masks will be worn by all employees at all times.  We are introducing digital and sanitized physical menus and will maintain thorough sanitation procedures and continuous hand washing.

For your health and safety, our policy is that all guests must wear a mask when entering, moving around, and exiting the restaurant. This includes when you leave the table to go to the restroom. Masks are not required once you are seated at your table. Thank you for doing your part to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

Indulge With Lobster In Las Vegas

June 15th is National Lobster Day, and at Eiffel Tower Restaurant we love to celebrate this delightful delicacy. Lobster is a food that inspires luxury, romance, and indulgence – philosophies that our French roots certainly inspire as well.

If you join us for brunch on Saturday or Sunday, we feature a Lobster Eggs Benedict, bringing together the rich flavors of Maine lobster, poached eggs, buttery brioche, and hollandaise. Paired with a glass of champagne, this dish is the perfect way to indulge as you enjoy the spectacular view of the Las Vegas Strip. As the sun sets and the lights of Las Vegas begin to sparkle, dinner service begins and the lobster gala continues.

Our Lobster Bisque is a wonderful dish to awaken the palate and inspire your senses. The smell of the ocean tickles your nose with every bite, and the sweet taste of butter poached lobster rounds out the creamy bisque. If you desire even more culinary stimulation, then our Baked Maine Lobster is the dish for you. A 1 ½-pound lobster is baked in the shell with creamy spinach, tarragon aioli and a buttery garlic crust – perfect for a romantic evening at Eiffel Tower Restaurant. Bon appetit!
