We’re Making Dining Indoors Safer 

As the temperatures drop and dining moves indoors, our top priority remains our commitment to providing a safe, clean, and healthy experience.

That is why we are excited to implement technology developed by AIRPHX (pronounced “air-fix”) into all of our restaurants nationwide. We began installing in early October and it will be completed in the next four weeks. After extensive research and with the advice of experts, we’ve concluded that this is the best system for us.

Here’s how it works

AIRPHX features “cold plasma” chambers intended to kill harmful airborne and surface organisms throughout the day. Used in hospitals, healthcare facilities, Olympic training centers, universities, police and fire stations, and casinos, it eliminates 90-98% of influenza, coronaviruses, norovirus, hepatitis, salmonella, listeria, e.coli, and over 30 common bacteria and viruses both in the air and on surfaces.  

This is just one more important step that we are taking to continue improving health and safety measures in our restaurants, and we want to thank you for your continued confidence in us.

Brunch is a favorite weekend pastime, especially in Las Vegas – where the party starts early.  At Eiffel Tower Restaurant, we take brunch to the next level with beautiful views of the strip and Bellagio fountains from 110 feet up. Of course, no brunch is complete without cocktails, and with so many to choose from, how do you know which ones are best?

The most popular brunch cocktail at Eiffel Tower Restaurant is our Ulti-Mosas. Imagine an elevated approach to the classic Mimosa, with one big difference…we go beyond champagne and orange juice, introducing unique spirits and fresh juices. All of our Ulti-Mosas begin with Crémant d’Alsace Brut Réserve, bottled just for Eiffel Tower Restaurant. We have several variations of the Ulti-Mosa, including Raspberry Elixir, with Vedrenne Raspberry Liqueur; La Vie en Rose, with Melon Vodka and Strawberry Purée; and Victoria of St. Germain, with Elderflower Liqueur and Fresh Lemon. Other flavors include blackberry, pear and peach and pair perfectly with the brunch menu.

If mimosas aren’t your style, try The Pain Killer, a refreshing blend of White Rum, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Crème of Coconut, and Passion Fruit Purée. This cocktail truly makes you feel like your on a vacation getaway as you sip the tropical flavors and take in the view.
