BASTILLE DAY IN LAS VEGAS

Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité!The national moto of France is Liberty, Equality, Fraternity! These words became the cry of the French people on Bastille Day and throughout the French Revolution. Bastille Day, also known as French National Day (La Fête Nationale), is celebrated throughout France every year on July 14th  in remembrance of the storming of the Bastille prison, which was the spark that lit the fire that would become the French revolution. Much like the Fourth of July in America, Bastille Day is commemorated with fireworks, parades and other nationwide festivities that celebrate the unity of the French people and the end of tyranny.

This year on July 14th, Eiffel Tower Restaurant will commemorate this special day by hosting a tasting, featuring Hardy Cognac, a family house of Cognac that dates back to1863. We will be sampling Cognac, Pineau de Charentes, and a cocktail created especially for our guests. This tasting will be open to the public from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm during Brunch. So, sip on a little Cognac, toast to independence, and then enjoy a beautiful Brunch overlooking the Bellagio fountains. Santé!
