We’re Making Dining Indoors Safer 

As the temperatures drop and dining moves indoors, our top priority remains our commitment to providing a safe, clean, and healthy experience.

That is why we are excited to implement technology developed by AIRPHX (pronounced “air-fix”) into all of our restaurants nationwide. We began installing in early October and it will be completed in the next four weeks. After extensive research and with the advice of experts, we’ve concluded that this is the best system for us.

Here’s how it works

AIRPHX features “cold plasma” chambers intended to kill harmful airborne and surface organisms throughout the day. Used in hospitals, healthcare facilities, Olympic training centers, universities, police and fire stations, and casinos, it eliminates 90-98% of influenza, coronaviruses, norovirus, hepatitis, salmonella, listeria, e.coli, and over 30 common bacteria and viruses both in the air and on surfaces.  

This is just one more important step that we are taking to continue improving health and safety measures in our restaurants, and we want to thank you for your continued confidence in us.

NATIONAL BURGER MONTH

At Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Las Vegas, we love a good burger as much as anyone. Our lunch menu features three mouthwatering burgers that are a must try any day of the year, but especially in May, when the entire country recognizes the universal love of a great burger.

Our Classic Hamburger is over a half pound of succulent beef on a brioche bun with butter lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickles. You can customize your burger with everything from double smoked bacon and blue cheese to fresh avocado and gruyere. One of our favorite burgers that we love to recommend to guests looking for something different is our Lamb Burger. Our ground lamb is mixed with a unique blend of spices, which include ginger, cumin, coriander, allspice, cayenne and clove. The Lamb Burger is served on a Kalamata olive bun, and rests on a bed of roasted red pepper, squash, caramelized onion, cilantro and harissa aioli. The final result is an aromatic, juicy and flavorful burger with just a touch of spice that will leave you craving another visit just to try it again.

If you are a burger lover and a vegetarian, we didn’t forget about you. Try our Mushroom and Quinoa Burger, packed with earthy flavors and cheesy goodness, with both parmesan and gruyere cheese. The burger is served with our own pickled veggie mix of fennel, carrot, cucumber and onion.
